Exerce a profissão como sócio do escritório de advocacia Lobo & Lira, fruto da reestruturação de Lobo & Ibeas, onde ingressou em 1986, tendo o Escritório sido fundado em 1974. Sua atuação é centrada na advocacia consultiva, na estruturação de negócios e formulação de contratos empresariais, assim como em contencioso judicial, administrativo e arbitral. No plano institucional, integra o Conselho da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seccional do Rio de Janeiro, desde 2007, participando, no Órgão, da Comissão Especial de Direito Urbanístico e Direito Imobiliário – CDUDI (presidente) e da Comissão de Direito Ambiental – CDA (membro). Joana Ribeiro

Graduated in 2007 from the Law School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Joana developed her professional experience over the 13 years spent with Lobo & Ibeas Advogados, over 5 of which as a partner, until its recent restructuring, which resulted in the foundation of Lobo & Lira Advogados. Both at Lobo & Lira and at Lobo & Ibeas, Joana focused her practice strongly on strategic litigation, contracts and corporate real estate. In such areas, she has represented trade associations in important class actions to challenge the constitutionality of laws, among other significant court proceedings, and advised first-rate companies in the shopping center industry not only in court, but also in the reorganization of their lease instruments and acquisition and structuring of their real estate assets. She is a member and secretary general of the Urbanistic and Real Estate Law Committee – CD.URBI of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter and member of the Shopping Centers Committee of the the Brazilian Institute for Real Estate Law - IBRADIM, in São Paulo.

Paulo Ferreira Chor

With a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2009) and a postgraduate degree from FGV/RJ (LL.M. Litigation – New Challenges in Litigation), Paulo joined Lobo & Ibeas in 2007 as intern and became partner in 2013. At Lobo & Lira Advogados, his practice focuses on strategic litigation and arbitration, while also providing general advice to clients. Throughout his career, he has worked in several types of business litigation cases, having represented clients of industries such as shopping centers, energy, entertainment, real estate, construction, capital markets, food, pension funds, among others.

Juliana Zielinsky Yonenaga

Graduated from the Law School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2008, Juliana became a partner of Lobo & Lira (then Lobo & Ibeas) in 2014. She worked at Brookfield Shopping Centers from 2008 to 2010, when she joined the Firm, focusing her practice on real estate law, urbanistic law and business contracts. She developed her career at Lobo & Ibeas as part of multidisciplinary teams, coordinating the work of the real estate area in M&A transactions and in the negotiation of contracts in general. She is experienced in the structuring of large ventures, especially in projects of the shopping center industry. She also advises trade associations of the shopping center sector, including in discussions concerning the lawfulness and constitutionality of statutes and decrees, particularly those related to urbanistic law. She has further experience in arbitration, including as part of the arbitrators’ supporting team, in highly complex cases involving substantial contracts. She is a member of the Real Estate Transactions Committee of IBRADIM and of the Urbanistic and Real Estate Law Committee – CD.URBI of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter. Alessandro Torresi

With a law degree (2010) and a postgraduate degree in Business Law (2012), both from the Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas of Rio de Janeiro, Alessandro has experience in civil litigation and in arbitration, acting also in the consulting area. He has been practicing since 2010 in several cases involving business contracts, investment funds, shopping centers, loan recovery and medical malpractice, among other areas. He is currently pursuing a master''s degree in law from the University of Lisbon (Portugal) with a major in International Commercial Law and Comparative Law. Tatiana Magalhães Florence

Tatiana obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro) in 2007 and graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) in 1999. She has extensive experience in strategic civil litigation and arbitration, in addition to working in the area of corporate consulting. She is the author of books and articles published in specialized magazines. Tatiana joined Lobo & Ibeas Advogados as an intern in 1998 and stayed until 2009. After 12 years working in other traditional law firms, she returned to Lobo & Lira in 2022, where she works mainly in the aforementioned areas.

Marcos Rolim da Silva

Marcos holds a master’s degree in Civil Procedure from the São Paulo University Law School (2019) and a law degree from the Federal University of Pará (2013). During his undergraduate studies, he was a Banco Santander fellow and an exchange student at the University of Lisbon Law School. While in Lisbon, he was also an intern at the renowned Portuguese law firm Sérvulo & Associados. He joined Lobo & Ibeas in May 2016, where he remained after the restructuring that resulted in the foundation of Lobo & Lira Advogados. Since he joined the Firm, he has been acting in strategic and real estate litigation, with special focus on cases concerning the shopping center industry, including in institutional matters, representing clients of the sector in lawsuits involving constitutional law (such as lawsuits to challenge the constitutionality of laws and class writs of mandamus) before several state courts and the higher courts.

Joana Ferreira

With a law degree (2004) from the Law School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and specialization degree in Real Estate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), Joana began her professional experience focusing on real estate litigation.
She further developed her career in the shopping center area, in one of the leading companies of the industry, having practiced in contracts, real estate development and new businesses, and achieving the position of commercial coordinator of one of the shopping centers of the chain.
In the corporate area, Joana has advised in the reorganization of lease instruments, in the acquisition of real estate assets and in the structuring of multi-use complexes. She has also participated in significant legal/commercial negotiations and in the management of substantial lease instruments.
Joana joined Lobo & Lira Advogados’s corporate real estate practice in the end of 2019 in order to contribute with the expertise she has acquired in her previous experiences.

Rafael Barbosa da Silva

Maria Luiza Faveret

Graduated in law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ (1992). A Public Attorney of the State of Rio de Janeiro since 1996, she has focused her practice on tax and social security law for more than 25 years, both in advisory and in administrative and judicial litigation. She also has experience in the representation of clients in proceedings involving administrative law. Maria Luiza is Lobo & Lira’s special counsel, in charge of the tax practice of the firm.

Flavio Ahmed

Flavio is a lawyer and social scientist, and has been practicing law for over 25 years. He holds a doctoral degree in Collective Rights from PUC-SP and has an intense academic activity, teaching in several postgraduate courses, among which FGV, EMERJ (Rio de Janeiro School of Judges), and in a number of renowned Brazilian institutions. Because of those activities, he is also a frequent lecturer, speaking in congresses and seminars in Brazil and abroad. At Lobo & Lira Advogados, he is a special counsel and head of the environmental practice area, drafting legal opinions, advising companies in an advisory and preventive capacity, and representing them in licensing proceedings, in addition to his practice in administrative and judicial litigation. He has been a member of the Council of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter since 2007, where he is also a member of the Environmental Law Committee (chairman), of the Committee for the Protection of the Rule of Law (member), and of the Urbanistic and Real Estate Law Committee – CD.URBI (member). He is a member of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute – IAB and has more than one hundred articles published in specialized law reviews in Brazil and abroad.
